RESIDENTS’ ALLIANCE FOR BAHRIA TOWNS

🛡️ Stand United. Reclaim Your Rights.
RABT is a lawful, community-led alliance of Bahria Town associations, such as BRACE, SOBER, VOBR, TAJIR ITEHAD, and thousands of its own registered Owners across all Bahria Towns in Pakistan, working together to end years of exploitation, silence, and broken promises. We’re building the power to negotiate, represent, and restore what’s rightfully ours—through collective action and legal channels.

⚖️ From Victims to Stakeholders.
Whether you’ve lost plots, faced illegal charges, or waited years for possession—RABT is your platform for justice. In active dialogue with government officials in all relevant provinces, and other institutions, we’re pushing investigations and reforms forward and proposing lawful community-led takeovers of services and governance of all Bahria Town developments across the country.

ABOUT US
RABT – Residents Alliance for Bahria Towns – is a non-profit civic platform uniting associations, residents, property owners, and traders from across all Bahria Towns in Pakistan. We exist to protect the rights of those affected by delays, exploitation, unfulfilled promises, and service failures in private housing schemes—particularly in the Bahria Town ecosystem.
We are not a protest group—we are a structured, lawful alliance. Our aim is to form legally recognized Owners’ Associations, give victims a collective voice, and negotiate with state institutions, regulators, and Bahria Town’s management through a transparent, rights-based approach.
RABT operates in close partnership with BRACE, a registered non-profit company working for urban reform, legal empowerment, and community-driven accountability in housing and infrastructure.
Through public registration, legal representation, and coordinated action, we’re transforming passive victims into active stakeholders, ready to shape their future and hold power to account.
Together, we seek justice, ownership, and dignity—for all.
